Whether going to a friends house or bar, streaming from whatever resources you can find to get online, or purchasing a digital antenna from a little known resource (BIg Lots, Goodwill, craigslist, DD’s, Kmart, etc.) for a few dollars may be the solution. The county is close enough to local TV stations everywhere to tune in, even with an elaborate antenna setup there’s usually a 70-80-mile limit on the signals. This is especially disheartening, since those places tend to have pretty poor choices for high-speed Internet I have been in the above position plenty of times where I myself have had to result to the means of socially congregating in order to gain access to content. There are also options that become more complex such as devices set to evade protocols but we do not recommend these approaches because it always seems the content is blocked within short periods forcing you to reinvest.
